Daniels Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations, field technicians, and leadership team. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities- General Office Support
- Organize incoming mail and prioritize important documents.
- Assist with filing and maintaining accurate, accessible records.
- Support smooth office operations across all departments.
Job Ticket Management (Housecall Pro)
- Log and update job tickets, including job statuses and completion details.
- Work closely with field technicians to verify information and ensure accurate tracking.
Accounts & Financial Support (as needed)
- Prepare weekly invoicing summaries, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation notes.
- Generate monthly financial reports for review by the Accounts Director.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Create job tickets for service requests and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Track customer feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
Scheduling & Event Coordination
- Use a shared calendar to schedule team meetings and office events.
- Coordinate monthly managers meetings, teams meetings and safety meetings to ensure proper communication across the team.
Support for Field Technicians & Management
- Provide clerical and operational support to field teams and leadership.
- Assist with job ticket follow-ups and cross-department workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
