What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at Daniels Design & Remodeling?
Daniels Design & Remodeling is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help grow our residential Design Build business. We are seeking someone with strong sales instincts, a natural interest in residential construction and design, and the drive to create opportunities rather than simply wait for leads.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys fostering new leads, and wants to develop into a highly skilled professional salesperson. Experience in residential remodeling, construction, building materials, home improvement, real estate-related services, or another construction-adjacent field is strongly preferred. We are also open to candidates who demonstrate exceptional sales ability, curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in learning the remodeling industry.
You will work directly with DDR's owner during the development period while learning our sales process, our approach to Design Build remodeling, and how to guide clients through major decisions from their first conversation through a signed Construction Agreement.
Our sales process is built around consultative selling principles, including the Sandler methodology. The successful candidate will be mentored and developed within this system.
What you will do:
- Prospect and create new sales opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
- Conduct and eventually lead prospect conversations and sales meetings
- Help clients understand DDR’s process, project budgets, and next steps
- Guide clients through Feasibility Study, Design, and Construction Agreement decisions
- Work closely with our Design, Estimating, and Production teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Develop toward independently managing a multimillion-dollar annual sales pipeline

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission during the development period, with a defined path toward a high-earning, commission-based Sales Consultant role.
