Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing payroll taxes, recording journal entries, and performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and maintaining compliance with regulations while supporting overall financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting in-depth financial analysis
- Expertise in performing Journal Entries and general Accounting tasks
- Strong Bookkeeping skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing and processing Payroll Taxes
- Proficiency with accounting software and general ledger systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of confidentiality
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
