The Parking Attendant for Daniel Stowe Conservancy ensures that guest parking areas are safe, effective, and operate efficiently while providing instruction and direction on where to park to our guests.

The Parking Attendant for Daniel Stowe Conservancy ensures that guest parking areas are safe, effective, and operate efficiently while providing instruction and direction on where to park to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Understands the importance of each guest and member and drives excellence to ensure an optimal experience in every way.
- Greets and instructs guests as they enter parking lots for events at Daniel Stowe Conservancy.
- Direct guests’ vehicles into proper parking lots, roadways, and other areas during and after events.
- Monitors parking lots during the event for the safety and security of guests, associates, and vehicles.
- Collects litter and trash throughout the event in the parking lot(s).
- Directs guests and vehicles to exit parking lots safely.
- Performs any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our values.
- This position is an evening position, 4pm – 9pm Thursday – Sunday, with occasional shifts on Tuesday and/or Wednesday.
- Weather tolerant, ability to work in cold, heat, and wet conditions.
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of this position at the most rigorous level.
- May experience exposure to extended periods of sun, rain, cold temperatures, wind, water and potentially uneven terrain that may contain trip hazards.
- Must be able to hear distress noises and hear and see distress signals in a variety of environments, always keeping safety in mind.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Successfully pass a standard background review.
