Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Ontario, CA. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to provide personalized assistance in selecting jewelry items, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining store displays, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, providing detailed product information, and assisting in store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to create exceptional shopping experiences
- Sales expertise, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for assisting diverse customers effectively
- Attention to detail for merchandising, inventory management, and transaction accuracy
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and working with pricing and payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving sales goals
