Medical Receptionist / Front Medical Assistant

A medical office in Laguna Hills, California is seeking a driven, experienced and reliable Medical Assistant or medical receptionist for a Part time ( with potential to become full time) position to joint a team of 2 other medical assistants. Must be pleasant, mature personality and demeanor, great phone etiquette and customer service and command of English language, multi-tasker, problem solver, organize, reliable, as well as being a team player with a positive attitude toward patients and colleagues, great communication skills, and time management skills. Candidate is preferred to have had experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and medical office however, ample training will be provided. Duties include: checking-in and checking-out patients, scheduling appointments, collecting and posting payments, answering phones and taking messages, rooming patients and other front office responsibilities including scanning documents. Previous experience with (ECW) E-Clinical Works EMR, Insurance verifications are great pluses however proper and ample training for EMR and all above tasks will be provided.
