Role Overview
Come join the in-house leasing team at Daniel Management Group. We are seeking hard-working and determined Leasing Consultants to host apartment tours for our renters searching for apartments. This role will immerse you in leasing and is a great opportunity for real estate professionals to further their understanding of the industry with steady income potential and consistent lead generation. Join our team and assist us as we reach the next phase of our growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be showing apartments (earn $150 commission per move in)
- Your primary job is to know the properties you are showing and be able to show and answer any questions potential renters may have to get them to lease that apartment.
- We provide you with leads through all third-party syndication websites, while you are responsible for qualifying clientele, becoming an expert on our inventory, and providing stellar customer service for our renters.
- You will collect application information when a renter wants to lease an apartment and help ensure the deal gets closed.
- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Assisting management with administrative tasks
- Work closely with residents to ensure resident satisfaction
- Coordinate work orders with maintenance
What we’re looking for:
- 1 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant, or in a real estate environment directly related to leasing.
- A hustler, you are excited and are ready to work hard to help people find their homes.
- Excellent communicators who aren’t afraid to self-direct, problem solve, and work hard
- Reliable transportation
