Responsibilities:
Responsible for training, scheduling and coordinating part-time merchandisers in the major grocery chain stores in the market.
Functions:
- Train and work with part-time merchandisers in the major grocery store chains showing them how to properly rotate, stock and merchandise our products.
- Schedule the merchandisers on a weekly basis to assure full coverage of all grocery store chains on delivery days, weekends and other peak periods.
- Target and build floor displays.
- Place signage in national and regional off-premise chain accounts.
- Supervise merchandiser work, review the appearance of our product section at the major grocery store chains on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. He or she must be 21 years of age. Applicant must possess good communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and other employees effectively. The candidate for this position must be a self-starter and possess the ability to self-motivate in this goal oriented working environment. The ability to follow detailed instructions with limited supervision is also required for this position.
