Part-time Paralegal

Part-time paralegal position open at a law firm in Herrin. Practice concentrates on divorce and criminal litigation. Paralegal’s duties include drafting pleadings and other legal documents, organizing and compiling discovery materials, data entry into legal software, preparation of legal exhibits for court, conducting witness interviews, client counseling, and conducting legal research.

The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and organization skills. They must be computer literate, proficient with Apple and Google programs, and have an eye for detail.

Paralegal degree NOT required but 5-7 years paralegal experience preferred.
