Position Summary
Season - Spring 2027
The Head Boys Tennis Coach at Daniel High School leads an education-based program
focused on developing student-athletes in academics, character, and competition. The
coach is responsible for building a culture of accountability, discipline, and excellence
that reflects the school’s tradition and community pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a program where excellence is the standard in effort, behavior,
- and performance.
- Develop student-athletes as leaders in the classroom, community, and on the
- Plan and lead effective training sessions that promote skill development and
- team success.
- Lead and mentor assistant coaches to ensure alignment in values and
- Manage all program operations (communication, scheduling, equipment,
- compliance).
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
- Represent Daniel High School with professionalism and integrity at all times.
