Position Summary
The Head Boys Soccer Coach at Daniel High School leads an education-based program focused on developing student-athletes in academics, character, and competition. Position is paid based on the district's athletic supplement schedule for 26-27.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a program where excellence is the standard in effort, behavior, and performance.
- Develop student-athletes as leaders in the classroom, community, and on the pitch.
- Plan and lead effective training sessions that promote skill development and team success.
- Lead and mentor assistant coaches to ensure alignment in values and expectations.
- Manage all program operations (communication, scheduling, equipment, compliance).
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
- Represent Daniel High School with professionalism and integrity at all times.
