PROPERTY MANAGER (Urban Mid-Rise)
As the Property Manager of an apartment community, this person will be responsible for overseeing all business operations at the property to ensure that established financial objectives are achieved. Will oversee leaseing, manage and coordinate the team members, daily activities, and resources at the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The operations of the property must comply with the Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disability Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations along with Daniel’s company policy and procedures. Property Manager must be effective in resident relations and resolution of resident issues.
A minimum of three years prior experience which includes Microsoft Office, MRI and/or Yardi software experience is required. CPM and RPM designation desired.
