Administrative Support:· Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence.· Manage filing systems (physical and digital) and maintain records.· Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist with office organization.· Order office supplies and manage inventory.· Booking flights and hotels.Accounting Support:· Process and manage accounts payable (vendor invoices, payments) and accounts receivable (customer invoices, collections).· Enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., journal entries, purchase orders). · Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payments.· Support the finance department in tracking budgets and expenditures.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), data entry, QuickBooks bookkeeping basics, organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication.Qualifications: High school diploma; experience in administrative or accounting roles preferred; knowledge of accounting principles. Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
