This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $20.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience. We provide excellent benefits, including dental, vision, a health savings account (HSA), periodic and annual bonuses, sick time, and vacation time. After 60 days of employment, we pay 100% of the premium for medical insurance (a $6,860/year benefit). We also offer a 401(k) with a 5% company match after 60 days of employment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FORKLIFT DRIVER

As an entry-level Customer Service Rep - Forklift Driver, you are eager to help around the shop and ensure our customers have a great experience. In this role, you regularly interact with our customers and assist them with receiving their products. Whether you are loading materials into a vehicle or transferring inventory to and from our York location, you maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

You help keep our inventory organized to make it easy to find requested products for clients. As needed, you carefully operate a forklift to move materials around. If your coworkers or a customer needs help with anything around the shop, you are happy to jump in and offer a hand. You feel great about helping us better serve our customers!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FORKLIFT DRIVER

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 100 pounds
• Completion of an annual DOT physical
• Valid driver's license
• Current certification to drive a forklift or willingness to obtain
• Computer literacy, great telephone etiquette, and customer service skills are required
• Initial and random drug testing after hire

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - FORKLIFT DRIVER

This position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Some Saturdays throughout the summer, 7:30 AM- 11 AM.
