Our agency opened in 2012 and has built a strong reputation for serving our customers and community. My journey into the industry started through a family connection, my mother-in-law is a State Farm agent and introduced me to the opportunity, which ultimately led me to build my own agency.

Im a graduate of UCLA and a proud husband and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and spend quality time together. We stay actively involved in the community by supporting programs within the Oak Park School District and contributing to local initiatives that make a difference for families.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daniel Andrade - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
