Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication counseling and education to patients and their families regarding proper medication use.
- Maintain accurate inventory management practices to ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations by ensuring the confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Long Term Care Pharmacy and Retail Pharmacy are both in the same building. Pharmacists work both practices .

- Effective inventory management skills to maintain optimal stock levels of medications.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to inform treatment decisions.
