Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and friendliness
- Schedule appointments for design consultations and installations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
- Coordinate with installers and design consultants to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
Requirements:
- Previous front desk or administrative experience
- Knowledge of window treatments (such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery) is required
- SATURDAYS REQUIRED (10-4)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with scheduling software, email, and basic office programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
