What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and prioritize shift activities to meet daily production and shipping targets without delays
- Direct and support the warehouse team on the floor, setting clear expectations and addressing performance issues in real time
- Ensure accurate, real-time material movements in SAP, protecting inventory accuracy and production flow
- Respond immediately to line-side shortages or alerts to prevent downtime and escalation
- Coach, train, and enforce standards across safety, housekeeping, and inventory control
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Hands-on warehouse or logistics experience, including prior team lead or supervisory responsibility
- Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory and material movement transactions
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with clear, direct communication
- Experience operating or overseeing material handling equipment (forklift certification or ability to obtain)
- Comfort with physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
