- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience (10 years)
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma) knowledge.
- Knowledge of safety and ergonomic principles and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making, facilitate groups, and build consensus.
