What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of engineers and technicians, creating clear goals and providing the regular feedback they need to grow.
- Be a visible and hands-on leader on the shop floor, providing direct support and responding to escalations to keep operations running smoothly.
- Champion our core operational priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, ensuring your team is aligned and effective in their daily work.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, empowering your team to identify and solve problems at the root cause.
- Build our future talent pipeline by recruiting, mentoring, and developing the interns on your team.
- A Bachelors Degree in a technical field, especially in Engineering, along with experience as a leader or supervisor, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all departments.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong, visible presence on the shop floor.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP and Teamcenter is a plus.
