What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the design, testing, and validation of power electronic systems and components used in advanced compressor technologies.
- Perform laboratory testing and collect data using equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electrical measurement tools to evaluate system performance.
- Build and modify prototypes by soldering components, assembling cables and harnesses, and creating electrical connection documentation.
- Conduct circuit simulations and analysis to help optimize electrical system performance and reliability.
- Document findings, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to advance new product development initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of power electronics fundamentals, including motor drive technologies, IGBTs, MOSFETs, rectifiers, and PWM/PAM control concepts.
- Experience with electrical system modeling or circuit simulation tools such as PSCAD, PSpice, MATLAB, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with electronic components including inductors, capacitors, resistors, and transformers, along with basic circuit analysis principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate technical findings clearly, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
