What You’ll Be Doing
- You will own the global product strategy for your assigned product lines, creating the roadmap and business cases that drive innovation and long-term growth.
- You will champion new product development, from gathering customer insights and defining requirements to leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch new solutions.
- You will act as the crucial ‘voice of the region,’ ensuring local market needs and competitive insights directly inform our global portfolio strategy.
- You will manage the entire product lifecycle, making strategic decisions on pricing, product mix, and end-of-life to maximize profitability and market success.
- You will partner with local sales and business development teams to drive regional initiatives, including new product launches, promotions, and training to ensure our success in the market.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, combined with 5 years of experience in product development, marketing or sales.
- A strategic and customer-focused mindset, with proven experience leading global or cross-functional teams and communicating complex ideas effectively.
- Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of hydraulic, electric/electronic, or mechanical systems and their applications is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
