What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform necessary service functions for Wire Wind Operator
- Clean and lube the bobbin cart wheels when needed and perform all daily inspections, lubricating all lube points
- Setting the wire guide beaks and rollers correctly and checking the wire oiler periodically
- Verify and adjust tension settings
- Check wire cards on each machine at start of shiftuse the correct bobbin type
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist other operators when possible, and cross train for flexibility
- Work within all safety and quality guidelines
- Perform other duties as necessary
Required (Basic) Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year manufacturing experience
Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel
