What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating 3D models and drawings that support product enhancements and ensure accurate, high-quality documentation.
- Running structural analyses using FEA tools to help validate design performance and improve product reliability.
- Supporting prototype builds and test activities to verify design intent and gather critical performance data.
- Preparing test reports and engineering documentation that inform decisions and guide project progress.
- Reviewing bills of materials and supporting tooling improvements to enhance manufacturing and assembly outcomes.
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of 3D modeling software such as CATIA or NX.
- Familiarity with structural FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical).
- Understanding of GD&T principles.
- Strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related tools.
