We Currently Have The Following Shifts Available
3rd Shift Tuesday – Friday | 8:15 PM – 6:15 AM or 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR Monday – Friday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
4th Shift - Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17.50 – $18.55 per hour Shift Premium: $1.50 for 3rd shift Sign on Bonus – Up to $2500, based on Experience and Shift!
PART TIME SHIFTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and oversee multiple machines to manufacture high-quality parts that adhere to specifications.
- Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure safe and efficient machine performance by monitoring cycle times and promptly identifying potential issues.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to support dependable daily operations.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area to facilitate a seamless production process.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
- Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.
- Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
