We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations at our Shawnee, OK, facility. In this full-time, on-site role, the Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Strong expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting
- Proven ability in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of supply chain analytics, process optimization, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification is a plus
