What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct root cause analysis on production defects (8D, Fishbone).
- Implement corrective actions with manufacturing and supplier teams.
- Analyze quality data to drive improvements.
- Support projects to reduce defects and cycle time.
- Document and standardize quality processes.
- Observe and improve processes on the factory floor.
- Pursuing an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in manufacturing and quality.
- Proficient in Excel or data analysis.
- Clear and effective communicator.
