Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to each patient’s needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every patient
- Uphold professional, ethical, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other Massage Therapists and Chiropractors to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current Massage Therapy License (state required)
- Liability Insurance (state required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Afternoon and evening availability is a plus
90-Day Introductory Period
All new employees begin with a 90-day introductory period. This allows both you and our team the opportunity to ensure the position is a good fit. During this time, you'll receive support and feedback as you become familiar with our practice, policies, and patient care standards.
At the end of the 90 days, your performance, attendance, professionalism, and overall fit with the team will be reviewed. Successful completion of the introductory period will transition you into regular full-time employment.
