Dandelion Cafe is now hiring for Front of House team members and FOH Lead positions at all three locations. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hospitality-driven individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment.
FOH Responsibilities Include:
- Barista duties (espresso drinks, coffee preparation, etc.)
- Cashier / point-of-sale operations
- Beverage preparation
- Food running and guest service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Delivering exceptional customer experience
All FOH team members will be trained in every aspect of front-of-house operations.
FOH Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and support FOH team during shifts
- Maintain service standards
- Assist with training new team members
- Help manage workflow during busy periods
- Support management with daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus
- Coffee experience is highly preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude
- Outgoing personality with great guest interaction skills
- Team player mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
