About Us
At Dandelion Behavioral Health, we’re proud to be a locally owned and operated practice serving the Charlotte County community. We believe great clinicians do their best work when they’re treated like trusted professionals and not micromanaged employees. That’s why we’ve built a work environment that offers flexibility, autonomy, and respect, without the corporate bureaucracy.

- Clinical Autonomy – You choose your treatment modalities, session structure, and client approach.
- Local Ownership – Decisions are made right here in our community, not in a corporate boardroom.
- No Quotas or Red Tape – Focus on client care without unnecessary productivity pressures or “check-the-box” requirements.
- Supportive Culture – Work alongside colleagues who value collaboration, mutual respect, and professional growth.

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled clinician to join our Port Charlotte team. In this role, you’ll provide individual and couples therapy to clients in a welcoming, client-centered environment.
