What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Associate - Tankroom (1st Shift, Automated line) position at Danco Medical?
Hours:
1st shift 6 am - 2:30 pm
Duties - Automatic Processing Line
- Responsible for processing parts in tanks per written and/or verbal instruction.
- Process parts per technical process sheet (tech sheet), Supervisor's instructions, and rack tags.
- Understand and follow operating parameters for processing.
- Sign off on tech sheet for each job when finished processing parts.
- Use touch screen when processing parts.
- Understand and follow processing instructions
- Follow Safety guidelines and wear required PPE gear
- Chemical process parts per Technical Process Sheet
- Fill out log sheets, perform tank maintenance when needed
- Verifies quantities of parts before and after processing
- Visually inspects parts, work with supervisor for efficient handling techniques
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
