What You'll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose issues and present clear, high-value solutions to customers
- Sell and close larger projects such as sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, repiping, and whole-home plumbing upgrades
- Use modern diagnostic tools including sewer cameras and pressure testing
- Deliver professional, high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer care
- Maintain strong communication with the office and dispatch team
What You Need
- Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License
- 3 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Comfortable selling solutions and closing jobs face-to-face
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
