Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime as needed - we keep it fair and predictable)
What You'll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose and fix plumbing systems and fixtures to the highest standards
- Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local codes and safety requirements
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job
- Help shape processes and standards as our plumbing department grows
- Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back
What You Need
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
- 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Desire to grow into a Master Plumber and leadership role
