Very busy structural steel fabrication shop seeking a Shop Operations/Maintenance Manager. Must have experience in structural steel fabrication equipment, be self motivated and organized, able to manage Maintenance, records and training records of all machines, 25-50 employees and have good communication skills, basic computer skills (more than basic a plus), time management, be a goal oriented and safety minded team player. Knowledge of Strumis software is a plus.
