What You'll Earn
- Hourly wage starting at $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

- Learn to perform service calls, repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Assist with larger projects such as sewer repairs, re-piping, and fixture installations
- Help diagnose issues and provide quality solutions under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites while delivering great customer experiences
- Grow your skills daily through real-world, hands-on training
- Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade and build a career
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a solid work ethic
- Ability to handle physical work and lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to pursue your Tradesman Plumber license
- Basic plumbing or trade school knowledge - Minimum 2 years experience with Texas Plumbing Apprentice Card
