Position Summary: This role involves hands-on residential plumbing work including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. You will perform both service and install work while continuing to develop your skills toward obtaining a Master Plumber license.
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into leadership, help shape a department, and eventually oversee operations.
What You'll Do: Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and installations Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards Work independently while contributing to a growing team Assist in building processes and standards for the plumbing department
Required Qualifications: Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas) Desire to obtain Master Plumber License 5 years of plumbing experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Salary : $31 - $36
