Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ballet curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels, emphasizing technique, artistry, and musicality
• Lead engaging ballet classes that motivate students to improve their skills and express themselves through dance
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all learners
• Provide personalized feedback and coaching to help students achieve their dance goals
• Collaborate with colleagues on performance productions, rehearsals, and special events to showcase student progress
• Incorporate elements of theater, choreography, and stage presence into lessons to enhance overall performance quality
• Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and lesson plans aligned with educational standards
