At Dance With Me, our managers are coaches first.
Your primary responsibility will be developing instructors into confident, high-performing professionals. Youâll work closely with your team to improve their teaching skills, communication, leadership presence, student retention, and sales performance.
Youâll conduct regular coaching sessions, provide ongoing feedback, identify growth opportunities, and help each instructor reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations with prospective and existing students
- Building long-term client relationships
