Pay: $20–$30 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time Contract In-Person

At Dance Connection, we believe every child deserves a positive, encouraging first dance experience. We're looking for a warm, energetic, and creative dance instructor to join our Tiny Talent Program and help our youngest dancers discover the joy of movement, music, and confidence.

Position
We are seeking an primary dance instructor to teach beginning dance classes for children ages 2–6, including:
- Tiny Talent Tots
- Tiny Talent Ballet | Tap
- Tiny Talent Ballet | Jazz
- Tiny Talent Hip Pop Funk
- Tiny Talent Acro
Weekly schedule will be determined during the interview process.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience teaching preschool and primary-aged dancers (ages 2–6)
- Creates a fun, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Is kind, patient, enthusiastic, and encouraging
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Is dependable, punctual, and has reliable transportation
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
- Has a genuine love for children, music, and dance
