POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified Library/Media Specialist to serve elementary schools across the district (specific assignments to be determined). The ideal candidate will foster a love of reading, support literacy and research skills, and promote the ethical and effective use of information and technology. The Library/Media Specialist works collaboratively with teachers and administrators to support curriculum goals and ensure equitable access to resources and technology for all students.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salary and benefits are paid in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NEA Danbury and the Danbury Board of Education, available on the district website.
