What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Testing Proctor position at Danbury Public Schools CT?
General Statement of Duties: Proctors Advanced Placement tests in various subjects. Proctor will monitor test facility and test takers, and assist the AP Coordinator to ensure the integrity of the AP tests and administration.
Hours: 7 to 4 most days and some occasions can go to 5pm

- THIS IS A TEMPORARY/SEASONAL POSITION lasting 3 weeks
- The dates for regular testing are: Week One May 4th to 8th, and Week Two is May 11th-15th
- Late testing dates are: May 18th to 22nd
- Exceptional Testing: May 27th to 29th (shifts on these these days are not guaranteed, but we may be looking for proctors to confirm availability in the event that exception testing is needed).
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot problems with tests and/or technology
- Knowledge and understanding of standardized test administration protocols and practices
- Ability to follow procedures with great attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in a fair and equitable manner with test examinees
- High School Diploma
- Experience in test administration desired
