Duties
As a Car Wash Sales Associate, your main role is to engage with customers and confidently present the benefits of our unlimited wash packages. We're looking for someone who can communicate clearly, build rapport quickly, and convert casual customers into loyal members — all while keeping the experience friendly and pressure-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Explain the features and benefits of our unlimited wash packages
- Upsell memberships with enthusiasm and integrity
- Never being overly pushy
- Maintain knowledge of all current promotions and service offerings
- Assist in keeping the work area clean, safe, and customer-ready
- Support basic operational tasks when needed
What Were Looking For
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A natural ability to sell or persuade in a conversational way
- Friendly, outgoing personality with customer-first mindset
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
- Prior sales or customer service experience a plus
