POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager of Caregiver Services is the heartbeat of our operations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of caregiver coordination — from recruiting and onboarding caregivers to staffing active client cases and ensuring every shift is covered, tracked, and compliant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified caregivers
- Staff and coordinate caregiver assignments for active client cases
- Monitor caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs via our EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system
- Follow up on missed punches, late arrivals, and schedule gaps
- Manage caregiver background checks and ensure all compliance documentation is current
- Maintain accurate caregiver files and credentialing records
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregiver questions, scheduling conflicts, and HR matters
- Coordinate with intake team to match new clients with appropriate caregivers
- Track and report on caregiver availability, attendance, and performance
- Support agency compliance with Connecticut Medicaid/DSS requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in home care, staffing, or healthcare operations (required)
- Familiarity with EVV systems and Medicaid home care programs (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, via text, and in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
