The Platform Architect, Enterprise Associate Experience Platform is responsible for ensuring the ServiceNow platform is architected for enterprise size, scale and complexity. This role will oversee platform architecture for ServiceNow as well as manage the changes on the platform is USA or Canada remote based.

The annual salary range for this role is ($165,000 to $195,000 USD) or ($135k to $175k CAD). This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The Platform Architect, Enterprise Associate Experience Platform is responsible for ensuring the ServiceNow platform is architected for enterprise size, scale and complexity. This role will oversee platform architecture for ServiceNow as well as manage the changes on the platform is USA or Canada remote based.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle (change) management to support enterprise associate experience initiatives.
- Serve as solution owner for associate-facing workflows, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and user experience standards.
- Represent the “Associate Experience Platform” in the architecture review and change management boards to ensure scalable and compliant platform evolution.
- Partner with project deployment teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT or digital transformation roles, with 5 years in leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, including platform governance and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of associate experience principles and digital workflow design.
- Experience with architecture review, change management, and platform support operations.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and agile delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with employee experience platforms and digital adoption tools.
