Human Resources Manager / Plant HR Manager – Little Rock, AR

We seek an energizing, passionate Plant HR Manager for a leading consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility in Little Rock, AR.

This is a highly visible role with both strategic and tactical components. The successful candidate will work as a hands on business partner with the plant leadership advising on HR, evaluating the state of HR in the plant, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing & executing a strategic vision for the HR function.

Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 bonus strong benefits.

Location: Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops and implements workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts and departments in a 24/7 operation.
• Conducts employee relations investigations, resolves workplace concerns, recommends appropriate corrective actions, and ensures appropriate corrective actions are followed.
• Coordinates and administers employee training programs, including leadership development, compliance training, harassment prevention, and workplace conduct.
• Oversees employee benefits administration and serves as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
• Partners with supervisors and managers to administer performance management processes, including performance reviews, corrective actions, coaching, and development planning.
• Oversees and coordinates the processing of both weekly and bi-weekly payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of HR generalist experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience with HR and payroll systems (ADP/UKG)
• Ability to analyze complex situations.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
