- Knowledge: Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, and carrier platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx, LTL freight systems).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, assign tasks, train employees, and manage performance.
- Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
