Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate Machines
- Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
- Record all defects and scrap
- Record pieces produced
- Complete all required paperwork
- Housekeeping
- Practice safety at all times
- Perform special instructions/request as determined by the Supervisor
- Assemble components
- Visually inspect all components to detect non-conference
- Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
- Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain an accurate inventory
- Perform 5S duties
- Hand assembly
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for an 8-12-hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be willing and able to rotate between job assignments
- Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
- Must be available to work any shift as assigned
- Attendance is mandatory and must be on time for work
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
- Must practice good housekeeping
- Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by Supervisor
- Must be able to pass required safety tests
- Must have the ability to get along with others in a team environment
