We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone pursuing their CPA, eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple service areas including audit, tax, and consulting for nonprofit, governmental, and commercial clients. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with audits and prepare financial statements
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Contribute to various non-attest engagements
- Balance and prioritize multiple client projects
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or in final year of studies)
- On track to meet the 150-hour requirement to sit for the CPA exam (passed some parts? Even better!)
- Desire to work in public accounting and build both audit and tax skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Professionalism and strong client interaction skills
