What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
- Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts
- Plan, prepare, and review tax returns
- Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships
- Deliver a variety of non-attest services
- Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm
- Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients
- Prior experience supervising or managing teams
- A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required
