Loading Crew Member Part Time

Dana Distributors is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-time, seasonal, Wednesday and Thursday 2:00PM until job completions, Night Loading Crewmember to join our warehouse operations team. This position is critical for ensuring products are picked, palletized, and loaded accurately and efficiently each night.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Pick and palletize product according to pick sheets.
• - Wrap pallets securely before moving.
• - Transport completed pallets to respective trucks for loading and verification.
• - Clean up breakage and dispose of properly near the repack room.
• - Maintain a clean and organized picking area.

Qualifications:

• - Ability to read and follow basic written instructions and memos.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
• - Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• - Ability to follow instructions and handle standard problems effectively.

Equipment Experience:

• - Forklift (certification preferred).
• - Manual pallet jack.

Physical Requirements:

• - Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
• - Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• - Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

• - Warehouse setting with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
